Direct booking terms
Booking confirmation
Your booking is considered confirmed only after receiving our written confirmation. We also require a valid identity document or passport for each guest staying at the property, including infants. Driving licences are not accepted.
Payment
Payment methods and deadlines are communicated before the booking is confirmed. Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer, instant bank transfer where necessary, or cash.
Security deposit for possible damage
A €200 pre-authorisation is required on a credit card, including when payment is made in cash or by bank transfer. The amount is not charged and is released after check-out, unless documented damage has occurred.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms are communicated and accepted before the booking is confirmed.
Check-in and check-out
Times are agreed with the guest before arrival. Check-in is usually available from early afternoon, and check-out is by 11:00 am.
Number of guests
The number of guests may not exceed the number agreed at the time of booking. A cot is available on request.
